Trainings

Training means analyzing the past, understanding the present and undertaking the future

Investing in training is investing in your future.

In a constantly changing world, companies must face increasingly complex challenges. To remain competitive, they must constantly adapt their strategy and processes to new market requirements.

And yet, many people I have met have had to learn on the job to meet these needs! Communicating well with others, managing your time effectively or facilitating productive meetings are far from obvious, these are real skills

And like any skill, it can be learned!

This is why I have developed a training catalog that meets the needs of modern companies.

These courses will allow you to acquire the necessary skills to meeting the challenges of today and tomorrow in a sustainable way. Whether it is to strengthen your management skills, improve your internal communication or develop your technical expertise, this training catalog is designed to meet your specific needs

Can't find the training that's right for you?

I create for you a tailor-made training that meets 100% your needs!

what they thought

My philosophy

All courses are built in flipped classroom in order to optimize the learning of the participants!

Each training is followed by 3 months of Q/A with the trainer by email because it's always when you reconnect to reality that the real questions will arise!

However, to maximize learning, a individual coaching is strongly recommended to anchor this new knowledge and skills over time.

There is nothing more practical than a good theory.

Sensory channels

Use of a maximum of sensory channels to adapt to everyone's learning preferences (visual, auditory, kinesthetic - face-to-face)

Theory and practise

A combination of theory and practice allowing participants to know what to do, how to do it and especially why to do it

Break time

Sufficient break times to exchange between participants, work on the material and let the content infuse

Interactive and fun activities

Interactive and fun activities to anchor a memorable, pleasant experience while being challenging and learning

Contextualization

Contextualization times to help participants adapt their new knowledge to their constraints and challenges

Adaptability

Continuous adaptability of the program by the trainer to the emerging needs of the participants
