When you embark on the path of agility often comes this famous question: do I do Scrum or Kanban? But is this really the right question? What are the goals we want to achieve?
Managing self-organization, energizing without constraining, structuring an improvement process without imposing a method or even satisfying customers by anticipating their needs are subjects that are also an integral part of the transformation process.
It is following this observation that the Agile Rocket emerged, an alternative approach towards a respectful, modular and progressive agility based on the metaphor of the rocket.
In this session, you will first discover how this approach can give you a more global perspective of your Agile transformation while giving you flexibility in its implementation. Secondly, I will share with you a concrete example of the first โVisual Managementโ module within a non-IT team.
