Accompanying change is a complex discipline. Many are those who broke their teeth there, both on the side of the clients and on the side of the consultants. The cause is often the wrong method, but experience shows that this is rarely a problem with the tool but rather a problem with the process.
After a few years of supporting individuals, teams and organizations, I now rely on a few principles, inspired by agility, systems and social sciences, which form the basis of my way to intervene.
I share them with you here in the hope that they will be able to help you:
– to apprehend situations in a more structured and calm way
– create more authentic relationships
– to generate value and impact respectful of each of the stakeholders
